night classes at the back door to the moon. With moving and all,
there is not enough space at new location that I will be able too
offer the classes, so I am happy to say we will be able to rent
space at the Back Door!

Benefit Silent auction now
happening at the shop!!
We are putting together a silent auction to help raise monies
for Jake andJenna Hanoin...Chandra Ma and Jim's son and
granddaughter. Jake is now home from the hospital and is staying
with Chandra Ma and Jim....the healing process will be a long one
for him. The docs feel about 10 months and then the operation must
be reversed with yet another 8-10 months healing time.... he will
be having a day nurse to help him... etc,. and Jenna is happy her
daddy is home!
The silent
auction will start this week...Donna has donated a djembe drum,
with a minimum dollar amount of $60 and two gorgeous paintings she
has done...both with minimums of $25, a set of Intention tuners,
valued at $333 are up for bid, an african shekere, valued at $30,
and more itmes coming in daily. The silent auction will have a
dollar increment to up the bidding....we will keep the silent
auction running as long as we need to and each item has an ending
auction date then new items will be added.Of course, once the item
has sold, the winners will be notified by phone and email then have
a week to pick up their winnings. The shop is donating some lovely
jewelry, books, readings and a class....anyone is more than welcome
to donate gift certificates for their services, as well as other
things they may wish to donate. This is a fun way for us all to
contribute and we thank you for your support.....should you wish
not to bid on an item, yet wish to donate, you may send the
donations here to the shop, or stop by and drop it in the donation
basket.
We have
learned that Jake is not able to receive any long term disability
as of this writing. He is an Educational Tech. and will receive
vacation, sick time and 21 hours of short disability. After that,
he will not have income coming in....so, there are oodles of way we
can all pitch in an help: bottle return $, donating our time so jim
and chandra ma can have a little time to themselves, take jenna to
a movie or the playground, and , daily prayers are wonderful!!! The
list goes on and on.
